VPN Router with OpenVPN

in Interceptor Software Use

Can the interceptor Board be configured as VPN ROuter with OpenVPN or any other simialr Open Source softwares.

If yes, please share the instructions at a high level and will be more than happy to field test it for you.

We have not tested OpenVPN, but I don't see a reason it wouldn't work.

If it can be used as router does that mean we can assign IP to every port individually? I also wonder can we use tat board with Mikrotik Router OS?

How about the extension ports? Because switch chipset is different then Inceptor mainboard. Is the same thing valid for extension ports?

Yes, you can assign IPs to the PoE ports too. It also uses a DSA driver.
