I've installed the Axzez provided OS using Raspberry Pi Imager, and I have it hooked up to a monitor in HDMI port 0, and to a keyboard and mouse via USB ports. It's powered by the 24 pin connector from a Thermaltake PS-SPD-0500NPCWUS-W power supply. When the supply is turned on, nothing happens. I verified that the power supply seems to be working. What troubleshooting steps can I follow to try to diagnose and fix this issue?

It's up and looks like it's working great! Thanks again for the support. Multiple attempts to use my Windows PC and raspberry pi imager to get this to work failed, but using a raspberry pi 4 and raspberry pi imager knocked it out in the first try.
It looks like the power to the USB ports cuts out after about 15 seconds
In case it matters, no hard drives are in the SATA ports at this time, either.
The new power supply seems like it's working correctly.
I loaded the Interceptor OS to a USB drive using the raspberry pi imager, but when I power up the board with the drive inserted, there is no response other than the lights on either side of the WAN port are turning on. There is still no output to the connected display in HDMI0.
Is any specific preparation of the CM4 module required? I had used this module before on a different project, so it had Raspberry Pi OS installed on it earlier, in case that matters at all.
Thanks also for your response to my tweet on Jeff Geerling's Twitter, too. I realized when you responded there that it might have felt like I put you on blast- please accept my apology, I didn't mean anything like that. I had my own business before and can understand the stress involved in launching this product. Sorry for my carelessness.
I look forward to getting this device working and when I do, I'll do a write-up on the blog I maintain for the regional emergency communications team I'm a part of. This is intended to support a NAS on the AREDN mesh network supporting Orange County, California.
Thank you for the prompt and thorough instructions. The Pi boot screen didn't come up. Based on the test of the 3.3v power, it appears to be a power supply issue. Suspecting that might be the case, I ordered a Corsair RMX off the known working PSU list. it should arrive later today. I loaded your OS to a USB drive, but I'll take this opportunity to test it being pre-loaded to the CM4 and will post how it goes here.
Also, please be sure to follow our OS imager installation process here: https://www.axzez.com/forum/interceptor-carrier-board/frequently-asked-questions (second question in Software section). We have not tested writing our imager directly to the CM4 board. Our imager is meant to be written to a USB flash drive and the inserted into the Interceptor board for installation.
Do you at least see the Raspberry Pi boot splash screen? Similar to, but not exactly this:
If you don't even see this, then you are not getting power to the CM4, in which case I would think this is a PSU issue.
Hello @Bill Kreutz. The first thing we would need to do is ensure the +3.3V being supplied by the PSU is reliable. You will need to have a DMM to test this. Stick the positive probe into the ATX connector in the bottom right-hand corner, closest to the last SATA connector. It should look similar to this:
Then ground the negative probe. Set the DMM to measure DC voltage. When the PSU is powered on, it should consistently read +3.30V (minor .01 fluctuations are fine). If it it drops too low (usually below +2.5V, but this varies), the under power protection of the PSU can shut the PSU down. We talk more about this in the Hardware section of the Interceptor FAQ forum page: https://www.axzez.com/forum/interceptor-carrier-board/frequently-asked-questions
