I've installed the desktop image from Axzez onto the eMMC of my CM4. The system boots, but the the screen goes blank. I think this is when the video changes resolution. I have HDMI0 connected to a 27" AOC monitor.
I am sorry for the delay in responding to your email (we'll just have the conversation here). Can you tell me more about what you are seeing? You see the RPi boot screen and then nothing? If you have a network cable plugged in, are the lights flashing? Can you tell if the fan on your PSU is running? What PSU are you using? Something from our recommended list in our FAQ?
To me, your issue sounds like the +3.3V rail issue noted in the FAQ, but I want to explore further.
The system powers up and Linux starts booting. There is a point in the Linux boot process where the screen resolution changes, I think that is where things are stopping.
I do not have the device connected to my network yet as I'm trying to get it up so I can configure the network to recognize it.
I am having the same issue. I believe it is due to the bad innages that are oresently up for download. I would like old workable images to be made available.
We were finally able to resolve our image build issue, so we'll start crankig out new images soon. We have several requested updates that we have coming. Last week we did make the last stable images downloadable from our site. These images were re-verified.
